    The other day I switched back to my previous phone before the Storm (non-blackberry if that matters). Tonight I went back into my myVerizon account to re-activate the Storm, but it keeps telling me. "This request cannot be processed at this time."

    Any ideas what might be wrong?

    Dial 1-800-922-0204 and have Verizon activate it.

    they usually do maint on there website at night. so it might just be a website error

    Yeah, there is a chance the website was just undergoing maintenance. Give it a few hours or check it in the morning and see if you're still having issues?
