not 100% positive but I think it's a year.

new phones have a 1year warranty.

Warranty exchanges have the longer of either the original warranty or 90 days.

If you have TEC insurance (Total Equipment Coverage) or Extended Warranty, then it's 2 years.

The warranty covers ONLY the original purchaser, too!! (in other words- if you activate it on a different account, and it goes bad, by all rights you cannot warranty it on that other account.)
