why does my BB sometimes not shut the back light off and the light just stays on? It doesnt freeze up and is still fully functional but it wont power off and wont shut the backlight off. to fix it all i do is a battery pull. can anyone tell me a way to stop this from happening all together?
Do you mean have it dim or all the way turn off? I have seen occationally (read: like three times) that my screen didn't shut off but my old cell phones used to do that too. Didn't bother me much, just usually press a button to "refresh" the phone and it'll usually turn off after the scheduled time

um i would say once a week. like it wont power off when i want it to. the light wont dim or go off (so it basically kills my battery) and the only way i know how to fix it is do a battery pull.
