I posted this in other threads, but hopefully more will read it this way...
When applying the skin, do it in a hot bathroom (shower or bath running). The moisture in the air traps most if not all of the dust from getting onto your skin. Trying to do this without this method has always been a mess. I currently have it on my iPhone 3G without a single piece of visible dust under the skin, and no peel ups. Ive also tried every skin out there, and ghost armor seems to fit best on my phone (and ill try it on the storm when I get it). It seems to be cut thinner also, making it less likely to get caught on clothing etc and peel up.
But you have to have steam in the bathroom.
