I'm thinking of exchanging my Storm before the 15th deadline. Does anyone know if Best Buy recognizes the deadline, or does it go by the standard department store 30 day rule? I purchased and received mine on the first day.

You only had 30 days. At least this is what they told me prior to my 30 days being over.

Bestbuy also has a holiday return policy. I believe its the 14th....I work there.

Sorry its 30 days for electronic devices. For everything else its on the 16th. I just double checked. Look on the back of your receipt. Sorry for the mix up.

just saw another new post regarding Best Buy that reminded me that i purchased the insurance with them. I'm covered...whew!

Even though you bought it at best buy you can call 611 and get a replacement for the forst year under the manufacturer warranty. I bought mine there and have had mine replaced 3 times through vzw cs. I talked to the rep and if its a screen click or any hardware issue they will fed ex you one for up to a year. Hope that helps you!
