ok i have a blackberry storm and i am tryint to set it back to factory settings.. i wana delete evvvverything on it.. anyone know how to do this... and also i wanted to cancel my line on it without having to go to the store..as in no phone number no internet.. just a phone.. any suggestions..

You have to call your carrier to disconnect your line. There may be an Early Termination Fee.

As for restoring the device back to factory, Options>Security>General Settings>BB Key>Wipe Handheld

As for the other question, I have no idea, but you could probably just phone your carrier.
