I just did an OS update on my wife's 9530 unlocked to use on Tmobile USA and now her manage internet and email folder is gone and she's stuck on lower case edge... Any help is greatly appreciated
We just did a software update for my wife's unlocked verizon 9530 (now tmobile) and now she is on lower case EDGE and because of that she cannot sign on to myspace or facebook and her manage iternet and email folder is gone.

We can't resend servicebooks with out the manage internet and email folder... Is there another way?

i just got my first blackberry and i have the same problem..

i am using t mobile. with the storm from verizon..

and i did step by step what alllll the posts said to do..but when i go to download the service books i am completely lost..

i dont know what they are..what they are used for..where to find them..where they download to..anything..

im completely lost...

so if anybody can help me pleeeease cuz im sooo mad that im paying for **** i cant even use

Talk to verizon, let them release your PIN, then if it didn't work, go to T-Mobile, and let them fix it.

options > advanced options > host routing table > hit menu button > register now.
