the red led indicator has 2 circles and i just got a new storm so what i need to know is if the upper part or the top circle just flashes or should both be flashing? Thanks in advance.

Oh good because yesterday i finally got a Storm that clicked much better but i never noticed the red indicator and i was a little worried that i would have to go back again after so many times hahahah , but thanks I feel much better now but i wonder what the bottom circle is used for? hmmm!

There's two led's, top is red one for messages and such, bottom is green for low battery.
