I received my storm on the 27th of November so it's one of the relatively older models (in a sense) and I am beginning to collect quite a bit of dust around my screen and notice my hardware buttons are all different heights (as in they seem to be pushed in less/more depending on the button). I was in the Verizon store about 2 weeks ago and noticed the gap around the screen was significantly smaller on the Storm in the VZW store than mine which I compared hand-in-hand.
Well basically, my question is, what chance of an exchange do I have for another/different Storm since my 30 days has been up since right about after Christmas?
