I was at work in the elavator and in the past my phone would not work. but on this day my phone did work I got a phone call coming in. We all looked at each other woundering who phone was ringing. I notice my jacket pocket was jitering and it was mine. never happen before. I am with bell I have herd them say that right now they have the best network. And to mention my wife phone is the world and her phone work also.
Possibly a new cell tower went online in your neighborhood, Or you were just standing in the perfect spot in the elevator. If you're super curious you could try calling Bell and see if they're able to tell you if there've been any upgrades in your neighborhood.
