Well, the forum is much more readable now! (Thanks to elimination of most "Stickies") Thank goodness for little things.

The one amusing bit though, is that the new "Popular Threads" accumulator sticky "contains" the thread about jamming paper in your phone, and STILL OMITS the much more valuable thread about loosening the over-tightened screws!!!

This despite the fact that many if not most of the recent posts in the "jamming paper" thread are *about* the other method being better!

I do want to THANK THE MODS for removing the excessive stickies!

Everybody is asking us mods to make all these threads stickies and then once we stick them, there are another 10 new threads with people complaining about us mods not taking them down. I feel like were getting attacked by the Storm Troopers in Star wars with all these different threads about stickies.

Well the issue is solved. Popular xx Links threads are now stickied in each forum - any threads with over 10,000 posts or threads we deem to be overly important will be placed there.

You can't please everyone all of the time, only some of the people some of the time.

What an excellent solution! I agree with what others have said in that we need to include the tork fix thread (AND leave the other one too)
