Anyone know of a Process or Task manager for the Storm or any blackberry for that matter?

Yes, i know about holding the menu button for a few seconds that shows what programs are running, that's not what i mean. I mean a process manager a la windows that shows any process that's running on the device... or at least a way to modify what comes on at startup. Thanks.
