So recently, my backlight on my phone is cutting on and off when it wants to. NOT like the screen is dimming, like i'll be texting someone and it'll go out. Also, half the time when im texting the keyboard wont show up and i have to turn my phone off then on to fix it (this is a very big nuisance.) And to top it off I have a huge memory leak. I have wiped my phone, deleted all the apps (still leaked) and call the Verizon tech line and they did some wipe to it. Anyone know how to fix it? Will Verizon give me a replacement or let me upgrade?
You have a Full Cover Insurance on your phone?
if so, they should replace the phone with a new one, even better i heard another guys that complain in similar issues and ask for storm 2 instead, and guess what?
im running 5.0 and yes i do and i went today and i got the number for the replacement and i tried to upgrade their and the tried to rip me off with their prices so im going to deal with my corporate guy. thanks guys. anything i can do to fix it till then?
