The problem that I am having is when I put a .wmv format video on my phone from my computer. When I try to
Play the file it gives me an error unsupported format. I have downloaded videos from a web site directly to my
Phone and they work fine and are saved in the .wmv format. I just tried that converter from realplayer, selected
My phone from the list and then followed all the instructions. I can't view the video on my phone it is saved as a
.wmv as well it comes up with the same error. Please help.

I've got the same exact issue, so I doubt that it's an isolated problem.

what version os are you using? I had problems prior to 148 with some wmv files

What program would you suggest to use to convert it with? Hopefully its free and where could I get it?
