When I BB instant Message someone, they immediately turn from available to busy but it could take up to an hour for them to receive my message. It is like the message is on hold or lost for an unknow amount of time. Is anyone else having that problem? I've checked with the receipients and during that time, they weren't on the phone or even using it for anything else. Please help!
