    So I have both my personal gmail account hooked into my work email, which runs through BES.

    For some reason, I can compose and forward emails from my gmail account using my BB... but if reply to an email, my BB will only let me save the email (but the "send" icon is greyed out.. and also disappared from the menu list).

    this problem doesn't happen with emails that come through my work account.

    any ideas?

    Talk to your IT rep at work and see if they have permissions set on the BES to allow this.

    the thing is, it worked fine for a year.. and all of a sudden it stopped working

    I didn't notice the issue until today, but I upgraded my OS yesterday to .148 (and don't think I tried to send any emails from my gmail account since then)... so the issue may have been occurring since the upgrade.
