I am an owner of BB 9500 and I am facing 2 serious problems:
1. I am hearing 2 ringings out of 5.
2. I cannot change ring tones.
Any advice would be welcome from anyone that faced the same problems.

from the home screen hit the BB button (button to the right of the green talk button) then hit options then about then read the third line down. It should say something like 4.7.0.148. Is that what yours says?
