Problem with My storm

I'm having a problem with my storm. It seemed to work yesterday, but today the touch screen and the bottom buttons are no longer registering. Like they're not working. Yet the phone still loads up fine and the screen can sense where I am touching on the pad but when i click down on the touch screen it wont register.

Can someone tell me what the issue might be?

i also tried reloading the OS and erased the data via blackberry desktop. Still the same problem.

Take it into Verizon, and hope you'll get a Storm 2.

+1 sounds like a hardware issue, so wiping and reloading the Os isn't going to solve it. If it's still covered by your warranty, they'll replace it.

Try rotating it sideways and see if its actually a hardware problem at the bottom of the screen. If it is, you're pretty much going to have to get it replaced. You can buy them cheap on used stuff sites now.
