    Everything went as expected with the install with one exception. I lost my corporate/work email account. What now? Also, it doesn't reconcile with any of my mail accounts... ie, when I delete something on either end it doesn't sync. And yes, all the correct boxes are checked. Thoughts anyone?

    Did you reregister the device on the network?

    If not options adv options host routing table menu key register now

    If you are on a BES - you will need to reactivate it.

    Did you set it to reconcile on both mailbox and handheld? sometimes you need to go over all your settings again when upgrading or wiping.

    The BES admin needs to reset your account and reactivate on phone. Did it for a user today.
