sorry, i mean something is not right when i make calls got invalid no and let say i try to call my storm no, is not easy to get through and sometimes got engaged tone where else it supposed go to my voicemail or waiting call. do know whats going on with my phone?

Sounds like you should call your provider. I don't really know how the system works, but it sounds like you are effectively trying to call yourself instead of your actual voice mail, which shouldn't be happening.
