Well i started class today and its my first day of class with my storm and i put it on the vibrate sound profile and when a message came through BBM or a regular SMS the sound went off i even tryed customizing a sound profile to see if it would change and it did the same thing.

Anyway to fix this problem?
Is it a common problem or should i call for a replacement?
