I just updated from .109 to .113 on my storm. It is running great except sometimes randomly when I press the Menu Button, instead of the menu coming up the menu to switch applications comes up. Anyone else get this problem/does anyone know how to fix this. Thanks

Thats what its supposed to do. It does that in every OS. You are just holding the button down too long.

Some OS's may have shorter intervals in when the menu comes up, but it happens in each build, and there is nothing you can do about it really. Just try to click faster and not hold it down.

No, no problem. It really does seem that it comes up quicker in .113 than in previous OS's. My wife HATES that is does and thought her phone was broken too.

Yeah, it does. We could look at it from an optimistic point of view and say that it is faster because this OS makes the ENTIRE phone faster....

Or be realistic and say that RIM probably made some adjustments on that instead of working on more pressing issues.

Also if it continues to be an issue for you, you can adjust the speed down by going into option>screen/keyboard> then selecting 'key rate:' to normal or something less.

In not too sure that will affect the BB button, or any of the physical buttons for that matter....but its worth a shot if it really bugs you.

It does affect it. I changed the keyrate to fast the other day and had to change it back down because of the BB button bringing up the switch app with just a quick touch.
