If not, first of all I'd recommend it. It makes your e-mail account management MUCH easier.
So, if not, then you go to your setup folder and click email set-up. You should easily be able to delete the account from there

2 questions
1.) How do i clear out APPLICATION MEMORY?
2.) How do i make my battery last longer. Its not bad but i go thru 1/2 of it just in 6hrs not using it very much.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ive searched for threads too, but can never find what im looking for.

How low should you let your battery get before recharging it? Is it okay to take it off the charger before it gets to 100%?

When I receive voice mail in addition to notification in "messages" I also get notification in the "sms - mms" folder that has to be deleted. This doesn't happen with emails. How can I stop the sms-mms notification.

I have been able to twice back up my storm on BB desktop. I have added QL app and now when trying to back up it goes to error. It usually gets to "handheld agent" or Data cache" and goes to error. Any help?

Quick question'want to do my first OS upgrade, but will I lose all the info that my office IT guy put in so I could get my email and calendar, I am not in the office very much & its a pain to try and get together with the IT guy

empty the browser(s) cache and try again.

if that doesn't work (and it usually does) go to the "Advanced" screen in DM and try backing the items up one-by-one until you figure out which is failing

help!! when i try to setup my storm through bis page to receive yahoo mail, says the device pin is already in use. how do i get that pin cleared up so i can setup my yahoo?? any info is greatly appreciated guys and gals

Any idea how to delete service provider bookmarks? There is no delete option with them.

have you tried running the program first then connecting the usb cable to the computer?
