I downloaded desktop manager (without the BB being connected to the laptop). Running Windows XP. Software download seems to be fine. Connect BB to laptop (have used all ports). Any suggestions? I'm getting frustrated that it's not working. I really appreciate the help!  | have you tried running the program first then connecting the usb cable to the computer?
