Email not working, not getting them and I can't send them.......When I try to send emails this is the error I'm getting:

"Message status: User account is in INVALID mode"


Any idea what this means? Or how I can fix it?

Have you resent service books?

Have you deleted and then recreated the accounts?

If Matt's suggestion doesn't fix it, the message sounds like a carrier problem to me. Have you tried calling Verizon?

Some email addresses require you to log in periodically to stay active. Hotmail is one of those, just to name one. Log in to a computer first to this email address, verify its still active, then resend service books thru the email settings wizard.
