alright idk if anyone has had this problem it happend once a few weeks ago once earlier today and its happening right now
my screen clicks and things will highlight but the click wont register

idk what i should do i need help

There is a known issue with some of the Storms that were released that affects the screen click. Do a search in the forums for 'storm screen business card' or 'business card fix'.

thats not the problem the screen is clicking and the options are highlighting its just when i click the screen nothing happens

I have the same problem. It only happens in sub folders such as when I want to open Yahoo or Blackberry Messenger. It also happens under the Applications Menu when try to open the Memory Cleaner.

It seems more like a software issue as opposed to hardware since it never happens on the home screen.

yeah but i have my phone set up to where i have to put in a password to unlock it so it wont even unlock

Sounds like a glitch (in the firmware). Try a battery pull.

ok so if i call them will they ship it for free or will i have to pay 50 bucks like i did with my other kinds of phones to get replacments and also the bill hasnt been paid yet so do we have to pay the bill before they ship one?
