So the storm crapped out on me this weekend and I have no use of the toughscreen or the hard keys at the bottom. My question is if I get a replacement (as I am going in today) how can I wipe my device if I can't use any of the keys? I have some emails on there that I need to wipe (work stuff) and I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and what to do about the wipe?
I would suggest BBSAK (BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife) It is a much more user-friendly program. Did you have a beta OS on your device in the 5.0's? It would be a good idea to wipe that back to .148 or something if you did, just to not cause problems with big red
Another newbie question sorry for this!! LOL Can I download JL or BBSAK to my computer? I cant use my phone at all so I will have to use the computer. I tried to google BBSAK but Ic annot find a download for it? Any help?
