I purchased an unlocked blackberry storm 9530 at an unbeatable price and was pleased with it until i decided to upgrade to 5.0. The next day my phone gave me the NO CIRCUIT CHANEL AVAILABLE message everytime I attempted to dial out. So I followed the directions to download the operating system and everything was fine until I allowed a friend to put his hands on my phone and he landed me in the same boat I was in initially. So I attempted to go thru the same process as before but this time when I attempt to upload the 4.7 os to the phone it only gives me the option to upload the 5.0. This is weird because the DM clearly says 4.7 but the device application selection says 5.0.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

If you want to go back to 4.7 uninstall any versions of 5 from your computer via add/remove programs first!

Although doesn't 5.0.419 fix this anyway?
