Photo turns into digital rainbow?

BB Storm I take the photo. I can see the photo for one second then turns into a digital rainbow. Saves as a rainbow? I have tons of memory!!! I've taken the battery out. I know my phone. I'm so bummed it's not working!!! Thank you for all you help.

It sounds like you have tried the logical fix, a battery pull. Mine has done that to me also, but it always fixes itself with a battery pull.

In the worst case, an OS reinstall will fix any issues. Remember to back up your phone first though.
