My phone appears to be stuck in headset mode. I answered a call and I can not hear anything, the other person can not hear anything. I plug my headset in and it works fine... when I unplug it... nothing! HELP!
I've had that same problem. Just plug and unplug the headset several times. Usually works for me.

If that doesn't work then search the forums this has been brought up several times. I know the above fix seemed to help everyone but there were a few (if memory serves) that had to take other steps.
