When I am using the phone, there is a square icon with little starts going from the top left to the bottom right of the square. the square icon is located right below the speaker and loudness bar????

okay..I think I got it. I just changed the "Enhanced Handest Call Audio" settings to Normal, made a phone call and it is no longer there. It nice to know what all the icons mean. Been wondering about this for a couple of weeks now. Thanks to all for your help. Sorry newby here.......
