Outlook Calendar syncs only from PC to Device

This forum is a great source of information. Thank you all in advance for your time to read this and anticipated input.

My problem:

Outlook calendar syncs all new appointments from the Desktop software to the device but not the other way around. If I add a new appointment on the device it never makes it to the desktop.

I have checked all the threads on this subject and followed all the advice including wiping the phone and starting over. I uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop software, no good. The settings have not changed (this worked until a recent update).

Currently running the following;

Desktop sw reports 6.1.0.35
Device reports 5.0.0.328

Any suggestions would be helpful.

If you have not already gotten this fixed, I suggest you connect your phone to the computer, open Desktop Manager and double check the Sync settings. It sounds like the settings somehow got changed.
