The OS that had a problem was .86. If your phone connects to data, then you do not have the flawed OS.

The problem with the OS was a securty flaw that prevented the device from connecting to data. And I belive it was only a Verizon based software, so I don't see it affecting any of the Telus or Vodaphone devices.

and waht about the slow OS ? is it this one also ?

I have no problems with mine. I have .65 with platform .82 and it works like a charm for speed.
