hi guys
trying to load os.100 to my 9500 but when i open the desktop manager it cant seem to find the update...does anyone know another way to load it?..

Disconnect your internet before you go into app loader, delete vendor.xml and after both of those assuming its installed to your computer it should be ready to update.
