i'm not sure, but try either re-loading the update or if you have a e-mail linked from https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw <--there then you might be able to do the "send service books" i am not sure if that will help or not.

Have you tried a bat pull? Mine are still there but I also restarted my phone right when the update was done. Also try DM.

Can we keep this on topic. I'm not trying to be an asshat, but this is probably going to be the most popular topic on this sub-forum for the next week and having 50 posts of general questions aren't going to help others find out how well or sh1tty the new OS is running.

Couple of things ive found so far:

unlocking from dark screen breaking accelerometer bug fixed.
volume reset to max while switching music tracks fixed.
The browser seems a bit faster.
Accelerometer is faster when switching orientations.

Still playing with it.

Here are the things I notice right off the bat:

- Accelerometer is faster by quite a bit
- Keyboard swipe is more accurate when texting/emailing
- Still quite a delay when taking pictures but the camera does load faster
- Still a delay switching from landscape to portrait, when receiving a call (though this might have been improved a little)

I'll keep messing around with it...my wife will be home in a couple hours....I'll compare it to her storm.

most things seem noticeably faster, however, the accelerometer is still a bit slower than i'd like. but it's better.
