    They were happy to charge my card, but I have no update and the order was done at a Corp store. What the **** is going on here exactly?

    I can deal with my phone coming on tuesday or wednesday next week, no problems. Just would like to know when it's actually going to ship. A tracking number would be excellent.

    It almost feels like they randomly chose orders out of the air to fill and are not treating orders in the order they were received.

    I called customer service and they gave me the tracking #.

    I called customer service for a tracking number, said their wasn't one since none were shipping for weeks yet. I don't think she even looked though.

    That would be an affirmative. She DIDN'T even look. Call BACK & tell them what just happened & someone will be happy to help you!!!
