I have a storm since launch nearly and have been dealing with this issue but I have finally gotten tired of it. When I USB to my computer and view my media card it only shows a music folder, no pictures or videos. I have figured out if I drag a picture or video onto the card it will go there and into it's correct spot but this makes it very difficult to get pictures off of my phone and onto my computer as I have to e-mail them. What can I do to fix this? Thank you.
Do you actually go into the BlackBerry folder? When I access my card it has "Music" "Videos" and "BlackBerry", You need to go into the "BlackBerry" folder. If that's not the problem try turning mass storage ON.
