Best buy has a notice on their website delaying their release date, and I'm hearing all over that the max any store will have is 30, and the lowest being 5. This will be DIFFICULT to get then wouldn't it?!? Thank god I ordered through Terry @ telesales and I have saturday delivery.

best buy will give you the storm on friday 11/21 if you have a pre-order with them tho but walk-ins are allowed the 23rd

it's not official. best buy had this in print when they (and verizon) thought that the release would be last friday, the 16th. when that went to the printer, they hadn't expected the delay. however, because verizon delayed the phone, they had to put this up on their website so people didn't think that it was already released from them.

Yes, drink the kool-aid. There will only be enough Storms for everyone in line up to the person in front of you. If you don't get there 3 days ahead of time you will not get a device. Be there early & camp out. Big Red needs the publicity to sell more devices during the holidays.

circulars are printed months in advance, that was when the storm was supposed to launch the 16th, once they got wind of the delay they put the notice up about the flyer. stop being paranoid best buy confirmed with me again today to make sure the appointment i had set up was still good and this was hours ago

ha, that's funny - come on people...pay attention. As stated a few times already, this was old news almost as fast as the ORIGINAL Best Buy ad was released...


eh, I guess the appointment I set with Best Buy last night will be canceled now - huh? They had JUST confirmed their order, and shipment date, prior to making the calls, but now it's FUBAR'D?
