yes, just delete the vendor.xml and install it by runnign apploader since BBD manager doesnt detect it.

just dl'd the bell software .76 .. i deleted the vendor.xml file, now i am trying to load the software, can somone give me a detailed walkthrough...?

In the window where you delete the vendor.xml file, you should see an icon that says Apploader, in any case it SHOULD be an .exe file (don't quote me on that because I can't remember 100%). Double click on that and it'll initialize the install sequence.

Would you people just look in the HELP forum on how to load up an OS once and for all. Just because you have a Storm does not mean that's the only forum you need to read in on this site. Look in the HELP/FAQ forum, there's answers to pretty much every damn question that gets asked by every Tom **** and Jane that's been recently registering on this site since getting a Storm. Geezus people! This is getting old. And don't get all upset, I think you too would get tired of someone asking you the same question day in and day out when the info in clearly posted for them to find.
