I paid retail for mine. VERY pleased. I loved my 9530. This is so much more improved! I have not had the issues that others have had (user errors btw...not phone problems)

It's great having an even, responsive screen, and having EVERY app I can imagine on it.

I suspect I will go to the Storm2 next year. I am happy with my original but when it comes time for replacement, I will go to the new model.

Ok Rocking Sweet like I said...Better screen like you admit, it's confimred faster and more snappier, it now has WiFi, 16gb SD card and now 256MB flash memory rather than 128, different OS. How on Earth is that the SAME DEVICE??????? Please Explain.

So you are saying if I installed a new RAM module, a new HDD, a WiFi-N card on my laptop along with driver updates, it would be BRAND NEW laptop?

The only thing that draws me to the 9550 is wifi...freaking living in a valley and no service is bad. I have a network extender, but the difference between work and home is crazy.
