i was looking at the nuked blackberry post and ive had some problems with my storm.. i got the phone from a buddy with no OS on it. Now i tried to add one but when i get into the loading part, when it tries to initialize the device, it takes a few mins then i get unable to load during multi-stage load. ive searched how to fix this but i cant find anything that works..just wondering if anyone knows what to do here

when i do the battery thing, i get an error..it says a fatal error has occurred and gives me this code.

ive honestly tried everything..maybe its because im on a laptop but i dont know.

Have you tried a different PC? Sometimes a simple "change of venue" so to speak will solve the problem.

ive tried my moms laptop and its a newer sony model..nothing seems to work unless the battery is plugged into the phone but i mean it still doesnt work
