    I swapped my BB Storm a few days ago then went into Email Setup and changed the PIN, so I could received emails. I received a couple yesterday. Today I haven't had any come to my phone and I had 5 emails in my Inbox. I resent my Service Books from my Storm, I rebooted, and I tried to 'reconcile now'. Nothing has worked. Any ideas?

    Have you logged into BIS and made sure that there is no red circle next to your email account on there?

    ok i was having the same problem just hrs ago and called Verizon who transferred me to bb support. Basically there is a problem with the server they created a work around for me to get my emails and then said when it is fixed they will call me. Said it will most likely be on Monday.

    resend your service books folks if you are using BIS not BES.
