I swapped my BB Storm a few days ago then went into Email Setup and changed the PIN, so I could received emails. I received a couple yesterday. Today I haven't had any come to my phone and I had 5 emails in my Inbox. I resent my Service Books from my Storm, I rebooted, and I tried to 'reconcile now'. Nothing has worked. Any ideas?
ok i was having the same problem just hrs ago and called Verizon who transferred me to bb support. Basically there is a problem with the server they created a work around for me to get my emails and then said when it is fixed they will call me. Said it will most likely be on Monday.
