i have gotten a number of calls and that shows up and says missed call but i have left many messages and it doen't say that i have any voice mails and when i call *86 there are no messages for me. i have been with verizon for a long time and my greeting plays but no messages.
i anyone else having this problem???
does anyone know what i can do about it?

just spoke with a rep at vz wireless and he was vvveeerry helpful. got my voice mail working, had to turn off the visual viocemail as that was getting the calls. he also was able to separate the message folder from the email folder as i was getting notifications in both of them for calls and for emails.
step by step, inch by inch i am getting this storm configured.
