Hi im pretty new to the blackberry storm and I have a question when my storm is on standby and I get a text or picture message it only vibrates once and makes no sound but when the screen is illuminated it works fine making noise when I get text or MMS and I checked under my profile alerts and everything seems alright anyone else have any answers
