Ok, so I've read many posts about ring tone volumes, profiles, etc... . I have yet to figure out why my Storm will only play an audible sound for sms, e-mail, etc... when the screen is lit up. If I set it down and let the screen go black after (my setting of 20 seconds), and then send myself a message from a different phone, all I get is the LED, but if I bring the screen back up and then quickly send something again, I get a sound so long as the screen is still lit up.
Suggestions and help is greatly appreciated!
