    My storm will no longer play media files. It says "Cannot play media while MMS is active." All I've done differently is the update. What do I need to do?

    do you have a mms message in the drafts folder? if so, delete it or send it out. also soft reset to clear temp memory. should fix it. good luck.

    Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately it didn't work. Leave it up to a battery pull!
