I'm runnin 328 and when I open dm it finds my phone just fine and puts my pin up but if I open the roxio media manager on it then it says no device connected where the folders normally show .I have mass storage enabked I did a search and seen where people have had troubke finding device storage without dm (I have same problem)but haven't seen anything on the no devise for the mm ?thanks in advance.also its the first time I've tried using media manager since I upgraded.

I had this problem once and was on the phone with Blackberry customer service through verizon. They had me unplug phone from DM and restart computer. Then once computer is up and running plug USB back in and open DM then pray that you see your device connected.
i had same the problem. i upgraded the media manager to the newest as posted in the blogs, and i changed the compression option to disabled in the options>memory menu. Im pretty sure it was the compression.
