No Browser,BB storm 9530 Walmart family mobile

I am using a BB 9530, Walmart Family mobile (Tmobile service). Phone works fine, except, no browser. I get an error saying " No browser configuration is set up" I think I need a service book to fix it but don't know where to get one.
Does anyone have a link to download the BB storm 9530 service books for Walmart Family mobile?

Walmart Family Mobile does not have BIS plans. You would need a regular T-Mobile plan with BIS.
