    I am running 5.0.0.419 os on my BlackBerry Storm 9530.
    What is the newest official release (any provider)?
    What is the newest leaked release (any provider)?

    I have checked on here but most are outdated and don't even list my 5.0.0.419 os release (Bell Mobility).

    Any help is appreciated and if i am running the most current one then my apologies in advnace!

    As far as I know for official and leaked, .419.

    There are hybrid OSes here: http://forums.crackberry.com/f132/ in the Storm OS forum as well that are above .419 but are a mix of OSes.

    .419 is the latest leak for the 9530, like cdowner said you could try a hybrid OS and see if you like that.

    No, you can use whatever OS you want as long as you follow the steps to update it correctly.

    No OS update will fix that. We were lucky enough to get an efficient OS, but the only way to truly get more memory is to get another phone. :/
