I have a Blackberry Storm I got from Verizon. Is there a way to for me to manage my contacts (edit, enter phone numbers and address) from my computer and then sync it back?

If you have a program like Outlook you can. You use the Desktop Manager to do this.

Also if you are using Windows Vista it come with a program called Microsoft Contacts and you can use this. This is the method I currently use as Vista is the only MS product I have installed my PC, Open Office and such for everything else.
