Yes welcome, please feel free to respond I'm anxious to see what you have.
It was frustrating getting the message from the forum that I needed to have atleast 10 postings. I wonder how many people don't share their findings due to this message. Well I guess it is to protect from Abusers

Sorry posted it in the main group should have shared it with you first.
Hope you forgive me.
What I have been trying to do since I got my Blackberry was to try and figure how to print my e-mails. Well Last night while searching the Microsoft Outlook update site I discovered an Add-in that allows for Outlook to auto print any e-mail or attachment. You can control what emails print by specifing a particular letter or name in the subject line will activate the autoprint function. This will be helpful especially at work as I can forward an email to a specific email account and pick up the hard copy when I pass the printer or I can also send it to multiple email accounts as long as they have the add-in.
Here is a copy of what I posted on the main site.
You can print Documents & emails using:
Alan McGrath's outlook's AutoPrint Add-In for Outlook
"www.mcgrathtechnology.com/addins]Free add-ins for Outlook"
I found this add-in on the Microsoft site.
1. I downloaded the add-in and installed it.
2. Opened Outlook
3. went to options
4. went to autoprint tab
5. set configurations & subject Key words
6. I sent an email from my storm to this computer's email
It printed. I have tried word, excell & PDF documents they all printed.
Have to have a PC with at least Outlook Version 2002
No special frills just prints e-mail and or Attachments
If email is open it will autoprint the email if not it will print once you open Outlook.
Works for me as my outlook is always open or minimized
The best thing is it is a FREE add-in for outlook and no montlhy fees.
